摘要 为了满足某新型战车的故障检测与故障诊断,针对检测过程中测试周期长、精度低、无法动态测试等问题,设计了一种基于ARM的嵌入式系统的高可靠性、高精度、小体积的检测系统,该系统通过连接装备预留的检测接口,对车辆在运行过程中产生的各种信号进行实时采集、分析与显示。设计合理的预处理电路作为信号调理板,以LPC2138微处理器为核心,通过微处理器采用硬件与软件相结合的方法实现了实时定位故障点,提高了检测精度,同时降低了测试成本并节约了测量时间。 In order to meet the needs of fault detection and fault diagnosis for a new type of vehicle, the periodic test de- tection process long, low precision, unable to dynamic testing and so on, the design of a high reliability, high precision, small volume of the detection system of embedded system based on ARM, the system by connecting equipment testing in- terface reserved, for a variety of signal vehicles in the process of running real-time data acquisition, analysis and display. Rational design of the processing circuit for signal conditioning board, taking LPC2138 microprocessor as the core, through the microprocessor uses a combination of hardware and software to realize the reabtime fault location, improves the detection accuracy, and reduces the test cost and time.
