基于主成分分析的山葡萄果实品质评价研究 被引量:30

Evaluation on the Fruit Quality of Amur Grape(Vitis amurensis Rupr.) Base on Principal Component Analysis

摘要 为建立一套适合山葡萄资源的果实品质评价方法,并为优质山葡萄资源快速筛选及品种选育提供理论参考,根据果实主要内在品质的差异,应用主成分分析法和聚类分析法对果汁颜色不同的14份山葡萄资源进行了综合评价和分类。结果表明:前3个主成分的累积方差贡献率为89.09%;第1主成分主要由单宁、可溶性糖、糖酸比和白藜芦醇决定;第2主成分主要由原花青素和总黄酮决定;第3主成分主要由可滴定酸决定。基于果实品质综合分值,14份山葡萄资源聚成3类,主成分分析法构建的综合评价体系揭示了果汁颜色不同的山葡萄资源果实品质的差异。 In order to establish a suitable fruit internal quality comprehensive evaluation system and provide a theoretical basis for high quality amur grape resources of quick selecting and breeding, seven quality?related physiological indexs of fourteen resources were measured. Advanced selection and classification of fourteen resources were carried out by principal component analysis and cluster analysis according to the differences in main quality characteristics. The results showed that the cu?mulative proportion of the former three principal components was 89?09%, the first principal compo?nent was highly connected with tannins, soluble sugar, sugar?acid rate and resveratrol;determining the size of the second principal component was mainly procyanidins and total flavonoids; titratable acid was an important contributor to the variance for the third principal component. Therefore, the fourteen resources were divided into 3 groups based on their comprehensive scores. From the above results, the comprehensive evaluation system built in this study could be used to reveal the quality diversity of Vitis amurensis resources with different color unites.
