大花君子兰新品种扬君1号选育与栽培技术 被引量:8

摘要 大花君子兰新品种选育工作在我国进展较为缓慢,有效育种途径较为单一,效率较低。扬君1号是江苏里下河地区农业科学研究所利用60Co-γ射线辐射诱变技术选育的大花君子兰新品种,该品种株型紧凑,叶片齐整对称,叶肉厚实,脉纹清晰,叶片长宽比协调,花期早,花棕黄色,观赏性佳,适应性好,抗病性中等,具有很好的应用前景。本文介绍了该品种的选育过程、品种比较试验结果、形态特征、生物学特性以及配套栽培技术,为大花君子兰新品种选育提供了新的途径,并为提高其品种更新效率奠定了基础。 Due to the limited method and lower efficiency,the breeding progress of new Clivia miniata cultivars is very slow in China. ‘Yangjun 1’bred by Jiangsu Lixiahe Area Research Institute of Agricultural Science using60Co- γ rays irradiation mutation method,is an new cultivar of C. miniata. It has a good application prospect due to many excellent traits such as compact plant architecture,neat and symmetric leaves,thick leaf mesophyll,clear leaf vein,coordinate ratio of leaf length and width,earlier flowering date,brown yellow flower color,high ornamental value,strong adaptability,mid-disease resistance and so on. The breeding procedure,comparative test,plant feature,biological characteristics as well as cultivation techniques of ‘Yangjun 1 ’were detailed in this paper,which provided the new method for the breeding of new C. miniata cultivars and laid the foundation for the improvement of the new cultivar renovation rate.
