在平板显示器用偏光片领域,与传统的TAC薄膜相比,亚克力薄膜透明、耐候、化学稳定性高。另外,亚克力薄膜具与TAC薄膜相似的光学补偿功能;其抗拉伸、抗弯曲、抗压缩的能力均高于TAC薄膜;生产过程中不需要使用二氯甲烷,更加环保;近2年来,亚克力薄膜替代TAC薄膜使用的速度加快。
In the field of polarizer sheet in flat panel display, acrvl film is transparent, weather resistant and has good chemical stahility compared with the traditional TAC film, and has optical compensation function similar to TAC fihn.The performance of stretch resistance, bending resistance and compression resistance are higher than TAC fihn. It is more environment friendly without methylene chloride in the production. In recent several years, substitution of TAC film for aeryl film has been sped up.
