以天津117大厦项目中BIM技术应用为例,探索BIM技术在项目总承包管理过程中的应用,从BIM实施策划、BIM实施专项应用、BIM综合管理三个方面,阐述了BIM实施内容和管理方式,通过BIM模型作为纽带,将BIM技术与项目总承包管理相结合,实现设计管理和施工管理全过程信息传递及共享,打造设计、施工、资源、商务等一体化BIM总承包管理体系。
