村镇建设标准体系的实施机理研究

主要阐述村镇建设标准体系的实施机理问题。首先对村镇建设标准体系实施主体之间的博弈行为进行了分析,总结出实施主体基于自身利益最大化的选择及其影响实施绩效的因素,得出只有实施主体之间相互合作才能有效地贯彻村镇建设标准体系实施的结论。通过对体系实施主体、实施过程、实施效益的研究,提出体系的实施绩效以实施主体的反馈维度、实施阶段的效果维度以及所产生的效益维度3个维度进行表达。最后根据市场均衡和投入产出理论,介绍了体系实施绩效的理论测量表达,指明了下一步研究的方向。

This article focuses on the implementation mechanism of the problem of towns and villages standard system.
