摘要
目的利用北京地区随机人群,抗耶氏肺孢子菌(Pneumocystis jirovecii,Pj)人工合成主要表面糖蛋白(Re-combinant major surface glycoprotein),调查抗Pjr Msg、Ig G、Ig M和Ig A抗体水平,探讨人群感染Pj情况。方法利用原核表达的Pj r Msg可溶抗原,建立酶联免疫吸附试验,调查266例北京地区随机人群血清抗Pj r Msg Ig G、Ig M和Ig A抗体的检出情况。结果北京地区266例随机血清,抗Pj r Msg Ig G、Ig M和Ig A抗体检出率分别为42.5%(113/266),41.7%(111/266)和0(0/266)。其中同期Ig G阳性Ig M阳性、Ig G阳性Ig M阴性、Ig G阴性Ig M阳性和Ig G阴性Ig M阴性的检出率分别为17.3%(46/266)、25.2%(67/266)、24.4%(65/266)和33.1%(88/266)。40-50岁组的抗Pj r Msg Ig M抗体检出率为62.8%(59/94),分别高于20-29岁组的32.9%(28/85)(χ2=15.895,P=0.000)和30-39岁组的27.6%(24/87)(χ2=22.522,P=0.000)。结论北京地区成人抗Pj r Msg Ig G与Ig M抗体阳性率分别为42.5%和41.7%,人群感染Pj后的Ig G或Ig M抗体阳性率高达66.9%,Ig A抗体没有检出以及Ig M抗体在高年龄组中检出率高的原因需要进一步研究。
Objective To obtain recombinant major surface glycoprotein(rMsg)of Pneumocystisjiroveeii(Pj) and surveythe levels of anti-Pj rMsg IgG, IgM and IgA antibodies by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) among randomlyselected serums from Beijing local population. Methods ELISA method was established to detect anti-Pj rMsg IgG, IgM andlgA antibodies. The 266 serum samples randomly selected from Beijing Friendship Hospital were screened. Results Thepositive rate of anti-Pj rMsg IgG, IgM, and IgA antibodies were 42.5% (113/266) , 41.7% (111/266) , and 0 (0/266)respectively. The detection rates of simultaneously IgG positive IgM positive, IgG positive IgM negative, IgG negative IgMpositive and IgG negative IgM negative were 17.3% (46/266) , 25.2% (67/266) , 24.4% (65/266) and 33.1% (88/266)respectively. The positive rate of anti-Pj rMsg IgM antibody in (40-50) ages group was 62.8% (59/94) higher than that in (20-29) ages group (32.9%,28/85) (X2=15.895, P=0.000) or that in (30-39) ages group( 27.6% ,24/87) (X2 = 22.522, P=0.000).Conclusion The positive rates of anti-Pj rMsg IgG and IgM antibodies were 42.5% and 41.7% in Beijing adult population.The serological positive rate in population either anti-Pj IgG or IgM antibody positive after Pj infection was as high as 66.9%.That the anti-rMsg IgM positive rate was higher in elder ages group and anti-rMsg IgA positive rate was zero need furtherstudies.
