This paper researched intelligent Neat Meter based on MSP430 MCU. The intelligent Heat Meter is a late-model heat meter with Low-power embedded single chip, the technology of numeric temperature measurement, and the technology of nonmagnetic sensor. This heat meter provides exact charge gist between the heating company and the consumers.
