摘要
目的探讨红花注射液对小鼠体内稳态华法林抗凝作用的影响;方法采用平行、随机、对照实验,对照组和高、低剂量实验组给予华法林溶液(0.3 mg/kg)灌胃,分别每天1次,连续给药10 d;在实验的第5天开始每天灌胃后30 min,对照组尾静脉注射生理盐水,高、低剂量实验组注射红花供试液(1%及5%两个浓度),连续给药5 d。对照组分别给予蒸馏水和生理盐水。在实验的第10天静脉注射给药后小鼠髂总动脉取血约1.2 m L,测定PT、INR值。结果实验组与对照组相比,PT值的延长、INR值的升高均无显著性差异。结论未发现红花注射液对小鼠体内稳态华法林的抗凝作用有影响。
Objective To determine the safflower injection on warfarin's anticoagulantion in a steady-state in vivo of mice. Methods A parallel, randomized and controlled test was designed. Rats of the control and the experimental groups (high, low dose groups) were given warfarin solution i.g. in a dose of 0.3 mg/kg once daily for 10 d. From the fifth day, saline, high- and low-dose safflower injections were injected from the tail vein for rats of the control and experimental groups after i.g. of 30 min, continuous administration for 5 d. Rats in the control group was given distilled water and saline respectively. Blood samples for PT and INR were collected from iliac artery on day 10. Results There was no significant difference in prolonged PT and elevated INR of rats in the experimental groups, compared with rats in the control group. Conclusion Safflower injection has no effect on the warfarin's anticoagulant of steady-state in mice.
