摘要
目的 建立测定小儿连番止泻颗粒中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent HC-C18(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相选用甲醇-0.4%磷酸(45∶55),流速1.0 m L/min,柱温30℃,检测波长280 nm。结果 黄芩苷的线性范围为0.303--1.514 mg(r=0.999 8);黄芩苷平均回收率为99.20%,RSD为2.53%(n=6)。结论 该方法简便、灵敏度高、专属性强,可用于小儿连番止泻颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of baicalin in Xiaoer Lianfanzhixie granule by HPLC. Method C18 column(4. 6 mm×150 mm, 5μm)was used with mobile phase of methanol-0.4% H3PO4 (45:55). Detection wavelength was set at 280 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Result The linear ranges of baicalin were 0.305-1.514 rag( r= 0.999 8).The average recoveries were 99.20%, with RSD 2.53% (n= 6).Conclusion The established method is easy, accurate with high specificity, and it can be used to determine the content of baicalin in Xiaoer Lianfanzhixie granule.
