洗发液类化妆品微生物检验的薄膜过滤法方法学验证研究

Methodology Validation of Microbiological Test for Shampoo Cosmetics by Membrane-Filter Method

目的采用薄膜过滤法消除化妆品中抑菌剂的影响,提高化妆品微生物阳性检出率。方法参照《中国药典》(2010年版)微生物限度检查法中的薄膜过滤法对两种洗发液进行微生物验证试验,与现行《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)微生物检验采用直接倾注平板法进行比对。结果与结论薄膜过滤法进行含抑菌剂类化妆品的微生物检验达到较好的加菌回收率,该方法是现行化妆品微生物检验的有效补充。

Objective To eliminate the influence of antimicrobial agents in cosmetics by membrane-filter method, in order to improve the positive rate of microbiological test in cosmetic. Methods The results of microbiological validation tests with both shampoo by the membrane-filter method in the ＂ microbial limit test ＂ recorded by ＂ Chinese Pharmacopoeia＂ （2010） were compared with the results done by the direct pour plate method of microbiological testing recorded by ＂Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics＂ （2007） which is currently effective. Results and conclusions In microbiological validation test of cosmetics containing antibacterial agents, it can achieve better recovery of bacterium by membrane-fiher method, this method is an effective complement to the microbiological testing in cosmetics.
