摘要
目的观察养心汤对心肌缺血血瘀证大鼠血液流变学、血脂的影响,探讨养心汤对心肌缺血血瘀证大鼠的保护机制。方法采用寒凝加异丙肾上腺素方法制备大鼠心肌缺血血瘀模型,给予不同浓度养心汤进行干预,观察各给药组对模型大鼠全血黏度的影响及对血脂含量的影响。结果养心汤能减轻心肌缺血寒凝血瘀证大鼠心电图ST段异常抬高;养心汤和参附注射液均能降低模型大鼠的低、中、高切的全血黏度值,血脂检测结果显示养心汤高、低剂量组和参附组均能显著性降低模型组的异常升高。结论养心汤通过改善寒凝血瘀大鼠血脂代谢水平、降低动脉硬化指数改善血瘀证动物的黏凝浓聚状态。
Objective Observed effect of hemorheology and blood fat on Yangxin Decoction to myocardial ischemia rat with blood stasis syndrome. Explore the protection mechanism of Yangxin soup to myocardial ischemia rat with blood stasis syn- drome. Methods Adopt congealing cold and isopropyl adrenaline method to preparation of myocardial ischemia and blood stasis model rats. Given different concentrations of Yangxin soup to intervene, observe the influence of the whole blood vis- cosity and blood lipid levels of each dosage group on model rats. Results Yangx#t Decoction can reduce the abnormal ECG ST segment elevation of myocardial ischemia rat of blood stasis syndrome;Yangxin soup and Shenfu Decoction both can reduce the model rats' low, medium and high whole blood viscosity values. Blood fat tests showed that Yangxin soup high and low dose group and Shenfu Decoction group can significantly reduce the abnormal rise in model group. Conclusion Hemorheology can be improved by Yangxin Decoction changing the model rat blood fat and metabolish levels, reduce arte- riosclerosis index to improve the animal viscosity of blood stasis condensate thick poly state.
