中医药防治放射性肺炎方药分析

Analysis of the prescriptions for preventing and treating radiation pneumonitis with traditional Chinese medicine

目的对中国知网CNKI系列数据库中收录的近10年来中医药防治放射性肺炎的方剂药物组成进行分析,总结规律。方法对所涉及方剂中药物出现的频次及类别进行统计分析。结果补虚药、止咳平喘药、清热化痰药、清热凉血药、活血化瘀药、清热解毒药是临床防治放射性肺炎的主要用药。结论中医药防治放射性肺炎方药组成有其规律性,可以作为临床组方和科研用药的指导。

Objective To analyze the prescriptions for preventing and treating radiation pneumonitis with traditional Chinese medicine, which ave recorded these 10 years in the China national knowledge internet（CNKI） series of database and find the rules behind them. Methods The frequency and categories of drugs in prescriptions involved were counted and analyzed. Results The tonic medicine, cough and asthma drugs, heat-clearing and phlegm-resolving drugs, heat-clearing and bloodcooling drugs, blood-activating and stasis-eliminating compounds, heat-clearing and detoxicating drugs are the main drug- sused to prevent and treat radiation pneumonitis in clinical application. Conclusion There are rules behind the prescrip- tions for preventing and treating radiation pneumonitis with traditional Chinese medicine, which can be used as clinical pre- scription and the guidance of scientific research.
