蝉胡止咳口服液治疗风邪恋肺型感冒后咳嗽

Effect of Chanhu Zhike Oral Liquid for cough after colds(Feng Xie Lian Fei)

目的观察蝉胡止咳口服液治疗感冒后咳嗽(风邪恋肺证)的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,治疗组采用蝉胡止咳口服液治疗,对照组采用苏黄止咳胶囊治疗,并将2组结果进行统计学分析。结果治疗组痊愈率7%,显效率47%,有效率43%,总有效率达97%;对照组痊愈率10%,显效率23%,有效率60%,总有效率达93%。其中治疗组改善咯痰症状优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蝉胡止咳口服液治疗感冒后咳嗽(风邪恋肺证),能祛风肃肺止咳,对于咳嗽后咯痰症状效果尤佳。

Objective To observe the effect of Chanhu Zhike 0ral Liquid to treat cough after a cold. Methods 60 patients is randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 30 patients in each. The treatment group use Chanhu Zhike Oral Liquid and the control group Su Huang capsule, statistically analyzing the results. Results The response rate of the treatment group was 97 %, which accounted for 7 % cured, 47 % significant effective and 43 % effective; that of the con- trol group was 93%, which accounted for 10% cured, 23% significant effective and 60% effective. The treatment group shows priority over the control group in the treatment of cough and expectoration. Conclusion Chanhu Zhike Oral Liquid, which can dispel wind-cold clear away the lung-heat, and relieve a cough, could effectively treat expectoration after cough and cough after a cold.
