耳穴贴压配合心理疏导对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者生活质量的影响

Effect of auricular plaster therapy combined with psychotherapy on the quality of life of patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome

目的观察耳穴贴压配合心理疏导对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者生活质量的影响。方法将符合罗马Ⅲ诊断标准的60例受试对象随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组给予耳穴贴压配合心理疏导,对照组给予奥替溴铵片(40 mg,3次/d)治疗,2组疗程均为4周。结果 2组治疗前在各个维度得分基本一致,治疗后得分均高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论运用耳穴贴压配合心理疏导治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征,能调节胃肠道及消化系统功能,恢复大肠正常生理功能,平衡阴阳,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of auricular plaster therapy combined with psychotherapy on the quality of life of patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Methods 60 cases of subjects meeting the diagnostic criteria of Rome Ⅲ were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group received auricular pressure combined with psychotherapy and the control group was given otilonium bromide tablets （40 rog, 3 times a day） for treatment. The courses of treatment of both groups were four weeks. Results Before treatment, the scores of both groups were basically the same in each dimension, while after treatment, the scores of both groups were higher than those before the treat- ment （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Application of auricular plaster therapy combined with psychological therapy can help the patients to regulate the function of gastrointestinal tract and digestive system, recover normal physiological function of the large intestine and balance yin and yang, thus improving patients＇ quality of life.
