中药热敷联合谷胱甘肽防治含顺铂方案化疗所致周围神经毒性研究

Prevention and treatment of peripheral neurotoxicity induced by chemotherapy containing cisplatin by herbal compress plus glutathione

目的评价中药热敷联合谷胱甘肽防治含顺铂方案化疗所致周围神经毒性的疗效和安全性。方法将120例恶性肿瘤患者分为治疗组和对照组,各60例,治疗组采用中药(豆鼓姜、鸡血藤、半枫荷等)热敷联合谷胱甘肽治疗,对照组仅采用谷胱甘肽治疗。结果治疗组周围神经毒性的发生率为15.00%,对照组为33.33%,治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组周围神经毒性持续时间平均为(91.47±11.05)d,对照组为(100.53±11.83)d,治疗组明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药热敷联合谷胱甘肽防治含顺铂方案化疗所致周围神经毒性,能明显降低周围神经毒性的发生率,缩短周围神经毒性的持续时间。

Objective To evaluation the efficacy and safety of herbal compress with glutathione prevent and treat the periph- eral neurotoxicity induced by cisplatin. Methods 120 cases of malignant tumor patients were divided into two groups：The test group herbal （bean ginger, eaulis spatholobi, half a maple Dutch etc. ） compress with giutathione, 60 cases, the control group （glutathione treatment group） 60 cases. Results The peripheral neurotoxicity incidence rate of test group was 15 %, control group 33.33 %, peripheral nettrotoxicity of the test group was significantly lower than the control group（ P 〈 0.05）, the peripheral neurotoxicity duration time of test group was （91.47 _ 11.05） days, the control group was （100.53 ± 11.83） days, the duration time of the peripheral neurotoxicity of test group were significantly less than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of herbal compress in combination with glutathione in prevention and treatment of peripheral neurotoxicity induced by cisplatin is better than glutathione.
