康复护理对克雷氏骨折手法整复术后病人的干预

Intervention of Craig's fracture manipulation postoperative patient who taken care of rehabilitation measures

目的探讨康复护理干预对桡骨远端骨折的恢复作用。方法将140例克雷氏骨折手法整复术后患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各70例,对照组术后给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予功能锻炼及健康教育指导,根据治疗的不同时期为患者制定早期、中期、后期适宜的康复计划并监督进行。结果治疗组总有效率91.47%,对照组总有效率77.14%。结论对克雷氏骨折手法整复术后病人采取康复护理,能使骨折处外形正常,功能完全恢复,无疼痛,提高患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the rehabilitation nursing intervention on the influence of the distal radius fractures Methods The 140 patients with fracture of Craig＇s reconstructive surgery were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each 70 cases. The control group adopt postoperatively routine nursing care, the treatment group on the basis of the routine nursing also given rehabilitation nursing intervention, according to the different period of treatment for patients with early, middle and late appropriate rehabilitation plan and supervise the progress. Results Treatment group total effec- tiveness is 91.47 %, control group total effective rate is 77.14%. Conclusion Intervention of Craig＇s fracture reconstruc- tive surgery patients can make the fracture appearance become normal, function recover thoroughly, no pain and improve patient＇s satisfaction.
