正腰伸筋膏治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症

Research on the treatment of Qi-stagnation and blood stasis of LIDP by Zhengyao Shenjin Paste

目的观察正腰伸筋膏治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,治疗组采用正腰伸筋膏(杜仲、桑寄生、厚朴等)治疗,对照组采用奇正消痛贴治疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为70.0%,2组比较,P<0.05。结论应用正腰伸筋膏治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症,药物透过性高,直达病所,能起到活血化瘀、行气止痛的功效。

Objective To observe the effect of Zhengyao Shenjin Paste in treating qi-stagnation and blood stasis by protru- sion of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods 60 cases of patients are randomly divided into two groups （30 c, ases in each group）. The treatment group use Zhengyao Shenjin Paste, while the control group use Qizheng xiaotong Paste, comparing the results of two groups with positive comparison. Results The effective rate of the treatment group is 93.3 % and that of the control group is 70.0% （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of LIDP, Zhengyao Shenjin Paste with its high permeation could promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis and promote qi circulation to relieve pain.
