中药保留灌肠治疗卵巢早衰

Effect of Chinese medicine retention enema for treating ovarian premature aging

目的观察中药保留灌肠治疗卵巢早衰的临床疗效。方法将70例卵巢早衰患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,各35例,治疗组于月经干净后3 d采用二仙汤加减(仙茅、巴戟天、淫羊藿、知母等)中药保留灌肠。对照组于月经干净后3 d采用二仙汤加减中药汤剂口服。2组均连用3个月为1个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为85.71%,对照组为80.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论二仙汤加减保留灌肠治疗卵巢早衰,能改善围绝经期症状及卵巢功能,恢复月经。

Objective To study the effect of erxiantang retention enema in treating premature ovarian failure. Methods 70 cases of ovarian premature aging were randomly divided into treatment group and control group patients. 35 case each. Treatment group using Erxian Decoction （Curculigo, medicinal indianmulberry root, epimedium, rhizoma anemarrhenae, etc） Chi- nese medicine retain enema. Control group using Erxian Decoction Chinese medicine oral solution, both 3 months for a period of treatment after three days after menstruation. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 85.71%, 5 cases without any results, 7 cases with goods results, 15 cases with approving results, 8 cases cured. The total effective rate of control group was 80%, 7 cases without any results, 13 cases with goods results, 150 cases with approving results, 5 cases cured. Conclusion Erxian Decoction Chinese medicine retention enema comprehensive curative effect is supierior to the traditional Chinese medicine oral solution.
