摘要
《辅行诀五脏用药法要》中有治疗天行的方剂13首,以大小阳旦、阴旦、青龙、白虎、朱鸟、玄武汤命名,这些方剂的命名有其独特的文化内涵,阴旦汤和阳旦汤与人体阴阳之气的开阖有关,其中大阳旦汤、小阳旦汤和正阳旦汤,对应着《内经》中的"平旦""日中""日西"三时。而青龙、白虎、朱鸟、玄武汤的命名和中国传统的术数思想有关。其中朱鸟汤与玄武汤文化含义与方剂功效的相反,体现了中医阴阳互含,水火既济的思想。
There are 13 formulae for treatment of diseases occurring with movement of heaven and earth in Fu Xing Jue, named as Da Yang Dan, Xiao Yang Dan, Yin Dan, Green Dragon, White Tiger, Rosefinch and Tortoise Decoction. These nomenclatures have their unique cultural connotation. Yang Dan and Yin Dan Decoction is relate to the opening and closing of Yin and Yang Qi in human body. The Da Yang Dan, Xiao Yang Dan, Zheng Yang Dan corresponds to ＇ morning＇, ＇after- noon＇ and ＇ evening＇ in Internal Classic. While the nomenclature of Green Dragon, White Tiger, Rosefinch and Tortoise De- coction is related to Chinese traditional thought of Shushu. The cultural connotation of Rosefinch and Tortoise Decoction is opposite to their therapeutic effects, reflecting the thought of interdependence of Yin and Yang, inter-promoting relation of water and fire in TCM.
