狭义口疮的中医辨治溯源

Differentiation and treatment of the narrow sense of oral ulcer in TCM

在古代文献中,狭义口疮可分为多种类型。外感风热、毒气上攻、心脾热盛、脾胃虚弱、阴虚火旺、阳虚火浮、下虚上盛、起居劳倦、饮食不节等多种因素均可导致本病的发生。在治则方面,根据病因病机,古代医家针对狭义口疮运用解表泄热、清热解毒、甘温除热、温补脾胃、育阴补血、补肾敛火、镇纳浮阳、气血(阴阳)并补等法进行辨证论治。另外,古代文献中也有通过外敷、含漱、刺血、针灸、导引、足浴等多种疗法对狭义口疮进行证治的记载。

The narrow sense of oral ulcer has various types as recorded in ancient literatures. The pathogenic factors of it include exogenous wind-heat, upper invasion of toxin, heat of heart and spleen, weakness of spleen and stomach, fire excess from yin deficiency, fire float due to kidney-yang deficiency, heat in the upper and deficiency in the lower etc. As to the ther- apeutic methods, relieving exterior syndrome and purging heat, clearing away heat and removing toxicity, tonifying qi and spleen, removing fire through nourishing yin, soothing the nerves and nourishing blood, wamling kidney-yang were apphed separately. Besides, according to ancient literatures, drugs application, mouthwash, bloodletting, acupuncture and moxibus- tion, Tao yin, and pediluvium were also adopted under certain circumstances.
