免疫检查点抑制剂的开发引关注新一代免疫疗法受期待

摘要 为什么有淋巴细胞大量聚集而癌细胞却不能被排除?有肿瘤治疗效果的免疫检查点抑制剂对多年来百思不得其解的疑问做出了回答。由于这种药剂的上市,屡遭失败的免疫疗法也许要开花结果了。
