大学生就业政策就是在执行过程中由于受到政策自身局限性的影响、政策主体的影响、政策客体的影响和政策所处环境的影响而产生了偏差,成为影响大学生顺利就业的一个重要因素。通过对大学生就业政策执行产生偏差的具体表现和影响因素进行深入探究和分析,从公共治理的角度提出相应的矫治对策,有助于政府完善大学生就业政策、保证大学生就业政策正确执行、促进毕业生顺利实现就业。

College graduates＇ employment policy is deviated due to the influences of policy＇s limitation, subject of policy, objectof policy and policy＇s environment, thus becoming an important factor that affects college students＇ employment. This paper makesan in-depth research and analysis of the concrete manifestation and influence factors of the implementation deviation of collegestudents＇ employment policy. It puts forward some corresponding strategies from the perspective of public governance, hoping thtit can help the government improve college graduates＇ employment policy, ensure correct implementation of college graduates＇employment policy and promote college graduates＇ better employment.
