摘要
以北京科技大学自动化专业毕业生为例,分析行业特色高校自动化专业毕业生就业现状及特点,特别针对行业分布不均和行业性就业不突出等问题,针对目前大批人才脱离行业特色领域而进入信息产业发展等问题,在就业引导、专业建设、人才培养和校企合作等方面提出建议性对策,以期对行业特色高校自动化专业学生就业指导工作提供参考。
In this essay, the author made a statement of the automation graduates of University of science and technology Beijingby analyzing the current employment status of the graduates, especially focusing on uneven industrial distribution and the lack ofspecialty. By solving the problems of graduates giving up their major and switching to information industry, the author has madesome suggestions in terms of career guidance, specialty construction, talents cultivation, and school-enterprise cooperation.
