独立学院毕业生就业价值观的特点及引导措施——以西安工业大学北方信息工程学院为例

The Characteristic Values and Guiding Measures of Independent Institutes

针对我国大学生就业难的现状,以某独立院校毕业生为调查对象,展开有关毕业生就业期望、途径和方向等方面的问卷调查。调查结果显示,毕业生的价值观深刻影响独立学院毕业生就业;针对此问题,独立学院毕业生就业工作要以社会主义核心价值观为统领,通过构建学生职业生涯规划体系来健全学生的就业价值观,同时强化课程改革,从而改善独立学院毕业生就业难的问题。

Nowadays, the employment issues for Chinese University student is increasingly severe. In this paper, a questionnaire was adopted to investigate some questions on the expectations, the approach and the direction of employment, for which the graduate of independent college is set as the respondents. The results show the main factors which influents the employment issues is wrong values of students. In order to change the status quo, according to the core socialist values, the model of career guidance was established, and which is based on the career planning of graduates. Simultaneously, the theoretical education for graduates on career guidance is implemented in order to improve problem of employment issues.
