“德堡”轮翻沉事故曾震惊中外,为吸取其教训本文提出一些粗浅看法,供航海人员、管理人员及有关方面参考。
The capsize of“DEBAO”once shocked the country and the whole world.To
draw a lesson from the accident,the authors give their view points for the reference
