壳体柔性对电动车减速器振动影响的仿真研究 被引量:2

摘要 综合考虑齿轮啮合刚度、传动误差、齿侧间隙和轴承等因素的影响,基于Romax Designer软件建立了某电动车减速器的齿轮传动系模型,并对其进行了振动特性分析;将减速器壳体有限元模型导入Romax中,建立了考虑壳体柔性的减速器齿轮一壳体刚柔耦合模型,并将其振动特性与齿轮系进行了对比分析。结果表明,考虑壳体柔性后,系统的固有特性发生较大改变,齿轮传递误差值、系统振动响应和轴承动载荷等均有所降低。 A reducer gear train model of an electric vehicle was built based on Romax Designer software, with the effects of gear meshing stiffness, transmission errors, backlash, bearings and other factors being taken into con- sideration. And the vibration characteristics of the model was analysed. Then, a coupling model considering flexible reducer housing was built, and a comparative analysis of the vibration characteristics of these two models was per- formed. It can be seen from the results that inherent characteristics of the system changed greatly; the transmission errors, system vibration responses and bearing dynamic loads also decreased after considering the flexibility of the re- ducer housing.
