摘要
为了实现食用菌栽培生产过程的数字化和自动化,基于Modbus总线技术及Web技术,提出食用菌栽培环境计算机控制系统层次体系结构。软件采用C/S架构。控制系统服务端实现数据采集处理及智能控制,并具有组态配置控制系统功能;客户端实现用户操作界面,可多用户远程并发连接服务端操作。结合菇房环境控制需求,控制系统硬件利用RS485总线实现分布式控制结构,各子系统相对独立,易于扩展,并提高可靠性。
In order to implement digitization and automation for edible fungus cultivation, based on Modbus bus technology and Web technology, a hierarchy system structure for the edible fungus cultivation environment computer control system was proposed. And C/S software architecture was introduced. The control system server was designed for data acquisition and intelligent control, and a control system configuration function was implemented in the server. The control system clients achieve user interface, and multi-user could concurrently remote connect to the server and manipulate the server. Combined with the edible fungus cultivation rooms distribution features, the RS485 bus was used in the control system hardware, which implemented a distributed control structure, relatively independent of each subsystem, easy to expand, and improve reliability.
