摘要
设计了一种新型经编电子送经控制系统。系统以DSP为主控制器。针对控制对象的不确定性,采用了自整定模糊PID控制算法,可实现PID参数的在线自整定。实践证明该控制系统具有实时性好、响应快、稳定性高等优点,使经纱张力保持稳定,以满足经编机高速化和高质量的要求。
A new kind of warp knitting electronic let-off control system is designed,in which DSP is made as the main controller. According to the uncertainty and difficulty to control of the system, the control method of self-turning fuzzy PID is used,it can realize parameters of online self-turning. The results show that the system has advantages of real time, high speed, and good stability. The tension can be kept constantly and meets the requirements of high speed and high quality of warp knitter.
