摘要 涂布是锂电池生产技术中最重要的环节,而涂布机的稳定运行以及极片最终的工艺要求都直接和涂布机的电气控制系统有关。锂电池生产线涂布控制系统对速度和位置等参数的控制要求很高,故选用变频器对放卷、牵引和收卷电机在整个前进过程的速度进行控制,选择伺服驱动器来完成背辊、涂辊的推动和调刀电机的定位控制和速度控制,保证了系统的灵活性、可靠性。经试验,系统能满足锂电池涂布工艺要求。 Coating is the most important part of the production technology of lithium batteries. Moreover, the stable operation and the technological requirements of the final pole piece of coating machine directly depend on the electrical control system of coating machine. The lithium battery production line coating control system has high con- trol requirements for parameters such as speed, position and so on. So frequency changers were chosen to control the speed of unwinding, traction and rolling motor in the whole progress. Servo drives were also adopted to complete pushing back roller and coating roller and to control the position and speed of adjustable cutter motor. These measures (this design) ensured the system's flexibility and reliability. The testing results showed that the system can meet the requirements of lithium battery technology.
