摘要
综合考虑柔性壳体、齿轮啮合刚度、传递误差、齿侧间隙和轴承等因素的影响,在Romax软件中建立了考虑柔性壳体与齿轮系耦合作用的电驱动动力总成刚柔耦合模型。对其振动特性进行了仿真研究,获得了系统固有频率值、齿轮传递误差和轴承动载荷等,并与动力总成齿轮传动系进行对比,分析了两者振动特性的差异及其产生原因。
An EV power train model including the coupling of flexible housing and gear train was built based on Romax software, with the effects of housing, gear meshing stiffness, transmission errors, backlash, bearings and oth- er factors being taken into consideration. Then the vibration characteristics of the model was simulated and analysed. The natural frequencies, transmission errors and bearing dynamic loads were obtained and compared with the results from the gear train model, and the differences between them as well as the causes were also analysed.
