摘要 提出了一种微电弧分断技术,采用3个磁保持继电器替代交流接触器的本体,通过对三相触头进行分相控制,作为首开相的继电器在电流零前最佳区域分断,其余两相滞后首开相分断,从而实现三相触头微电弧能量分断。试验结果表明,该交流接触器可以可靠且稳定地实现微电弧能量分断的功能,体积小、节能、电路结构简单、可靠性高、能有效地提高交流接触器的工作可靠性与使用寿命。 This paper presents a micro-arc energy breaking technology. Three magnetic latching relays were used as the noumenon of AC contactor. The control circuit and software program were designed to control the threephase contacts. The first-phase contact was controlled breaking in the best region just before current become zero,and then the remaining two phases were broken after the first-phase contact,so that the micro-arc energy breaking was realized,and the working reliability and service life of the contactor were improved effectively. The experimental results show that the new AC contactor can achieve micro-arc energy breaking reliably and stably,and also has advantages of small volume,energy conservation and simple circuit structure.
