摘要
在分析现有电能预付费系统的基础上,提出了一种具有分合及通信功能的智能预付费控制器。同时完成了欠费检测电路、电机驱动电路、位置检测电路以及CPU控制电路的设计。控制器使用普通小型断路器来实现预付费电表欠费分闸和缴费后自动合闸,并且N相也具有正常的分断和保护能力,还可将末端断路器的状态信息进行反馈。控制器已成功应用于智能电表欠费分闸和缴费后自动合闸的系统中,并且运行稳定、可靠。
An intelligent prepayment controller with communication was designed with on and off function based on analying current electronic prepayment system. Owing fee detection circuit,motor driving circuit,position detection circuit and CPU controlling circuit are designed. The controller can break out the circuit breaker due to owing fee and can automatically close the circuit breaker when the fee is paid. The controller has good breaking capacity and protection capability in N phase. At the same time,the controller can give status feedback signal of curcuit breaker.The controller conforms to the requirement of intelligent power management and the requiement of energy conservation and environment protection. So,the controller has great economic value and is stable and reliable and has been sucessfully applied in electronic prepayment system.
