摘要 为了对农村沼气池发酵过程的生物环境进行调控,提出一种技术方案。通过太阳能加热沼气反应池,同时结合现代科技,基于LabView对厌氧发酵过程的环境参量实现远程监测与控制,解决冬季产气率低的问题。从而推动生物质能源的利用,缓解能源短缺问题,改善生态环境。 The use of biogas in Jiangsu Province is limited in family model of production for own. Low level of automation,subject to seasonal and geographical restrictions,it has certain limitations of widespread promotion. It is difficult to industrial production only with natural fermentation. In order to maintain a high rate of gas production,a good environment must be provided for the growth and reproduction of the advantageous fermentation bacteria. This paper presented a technical solution that can achieve remote monitoring and control based on LabView environment for anaerobic fermentation process,improve the digester temperature by solar,solve the problem of low winter gas production,thereby actively promote the use of biomass energy,ease energy shortages,improve the ecological environment.
