摘要
就如何确定最优的限制供水启动标准、停止条件以及限制供水量这三个限制供水规则研究的核心问题,建立了一种新的基于目标蓄水量的限制供水规则模型,该模型由两时段模型和目标蓄水量模拟优化模型构成,前者在给定的各时段目标蓄水量条件下求解限制供水规则,后者以解得的限制供水规则为基础优化各时段目标蓄水量.从理论上给出了考虑约束条件的限制供水规则解析表达式,同时采用主-从种群混合进化的粒子群算法对模型进行求解.在徐家河水库调度实例中,将模型与动态规划、标准运行策略和调度图方法调度结果进行了对比,结果表明了新模型的合理性及有效性.
The simulation and optimization model for hedging rule based on target storage was proposed to resolve the problems of water supply operation.This model consists of two parts:the twoperiod model of reservoir operation and the optimization model for storage targets.In the two-period model,analytical optimal hedging was derived based on storage targets;in the optimization model,storage targets were optimized by SMSE-PSO(serial master-slaver swarms shuffling evolution algorithm based on particle swarm optimization).The effects of constraints and target storage were also analyzed.The Xujiahe Reservoir was employed as a case study to analyze the performance of the model.The operation results compared with standard operation policy,rule curves and dynamic programming indicate that the model is effective and reasonable for solving water supply operation problems.
