摘要
变频器控制在工业自动化领域有着广泛的应用,其主要目标是控制电机的运行状态。根据目前控制系统的发展趋势,使用Visual C++的MFC类编写串口程序,以ModBus为通信协议,经RS-232转RS-485电路,实现利用上位机对台达变频器VFD-M的所有参数进行设置,使对变频器的实时控制成为现实,最终实现面向现场的自动化控制。
Converter control system has been widely used in the automation industry region . The basic function of the convert-er in the system is to control the running state of a motor . According to the current development of control-system , we design to control converters directly by a personal computer . We introduce how to set all kinds of parameters of the Delta converter VFD-M based on the ModBus protocol and the RS-232/485 converting circuit with the usage of the MFC in Visual C++ manipulating the Serials . As a result , we meet the need of real-time control . And further more , we make it possible to manipulate the control on-site automatically .
