摘要 研究分子间的相互作用对于理解分子复合物和团簇分子的结构和性质有着非常重要的意义,本文简要介绍了可用于气相复合物分子非共价相互作用研究的一种新方法。该方法通过电喷雾电离技术产生所需要研究的非共价复合物离子,利用高分辨的傅里叶变换离子回旋质谱仪进行探测。将目标离子选择出并囚禁在分析池中后,通过引入红外激光来获得其红外解离后的质谱。进一步调谐红外激光的波长,结合相关数据分析,则可获得目标离子在相应波段的红外解离光谱。 Research on intermolecular interactions is very important for understanding structures and properties of chemical complexes and clusters.In this paper,we introduce a new method for studying non-covalent interactions inside molecular complexes in the gas phase.Non-covalent complex ions are generated by electrospray ionization(ESI),and are detected with a high resolution Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometer(FT ICR MS).Then the target ion can be isolated and trapped in the ICR cell.IR photon dissociation(IRPD) mass spectrum can be acquired by introducing the IR laser into the cell.By tuning the wavelength of the output laser and combining the related data analysis,the IRPD spectrum of the target ion in the corresponding wavelength range can be acquired.
