摘要
茶叶样品经硝酸-过氧化氢消解处理后,采用N2O-C2H2火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了茶叶中铝元素的含量,可有效消除铝氧化物的产生,提高了测定铝元素的灵敏度。在最佳的实验条件下,标准工作曲线的回归方程为A=0.0084C+0.0022,相关系数为:0.9995,方法的检出限为0.17mg/L,相对标准偏差〈1%,回收率为99%-103%。该方法简便、准确,结果满意,适用于茶叶中铝元素含量的分析。
In this article,the content of aluminum in tea was determined by N2O-C2H2 flame atomic absorption spectrometry.It can eliminate the interfere and improve the sensitivity of aluminum.The regression equation is A=0.0084C+0.0022,correlation coefficient r=0.9995,detection limit is 0.17mg/L and RSD〈1%.The recovery rate is from 99% to103%.The method is simple,accuracy,correct and the result is satisfi ed and it is suitable to determinate the content of aluminum in tea.
