The Effects and Implications of OMB on Government Information Collection

在分析美国管理预算局(OMB)的产生发展、职能及运作方式的基础上,阐述其对美国政府信息采集的影响。通过与我国政府信息采集现状的对比,提出对我国的启示。

Based on the analysis of the emergence and development of OMB （Office of Management and Budget） and its functions as well as its mode of operation, this article elaborates the effects that OMB makes on the information collection of U.S. government, and brings forward the implications for current pracfices in China by comparing the current situations of government information collection between China and the United States.
