摘要
针对目前144 MHz无线电测向机实际使用中存在的不足,提出应用现代TRIZ理论矛盾问题解决流程来处理测向机开发设计中存在的矛盾。运用48个通用技术特性参数来标准化传统144 MHz无线电测向机存在的实际问题,找到制约测向机进化的内在矛盾。根据矛盾的特点,将测向机存在的缺陷划分为3大技术矛盾和2对物理矛盾,利用2003版矛盾矩阵对这些矛盾进行求解,从而找到解决这些矛盾的创新原理。利用找到的创新原理并结合工程经验,得到新型测向机的进化方案。分析结果表明,该进化方案在测向者利用测向机快速测向、准确定位等实际性能需求方面都有较大提高。
There are some defects in 144 MHz radio direction finder(RDF) when being used. TRIZ was used to solve the contradictions existing in the 144 MHz RDF design. Forty-eight general technical parameters were applied to solve the actual problems in traditional 144 MHz RDF,and the contradictions that restrict direc-tion-finding machine evolution were found. Three technical conflicts and two physical ones were also classified according to the defects. The contradictions matrix 2003 can solve above conflicts and find the inventive principles. Finally,a new evolution schema for 144 MHz RDF was obtained by connecting the principles with engineering experience. The results show that the new schema can improve the finder on fast direction finding and accurate positioning.
