摘要
基于功能设计方法,设计了一套混合动力平衡式泡沫比例混合装置,即一柴一电平衡式泡沫比例混合装置,并根据国家标准GB20031—2005《泡沫灭火系统及部件通用技术条件》[1]进行了相关实验。通过试验数据的分析与处理,试验结果表明,主系统(电动机驱动)与备用系统(柴油机驱动)的压力损失试验、泡沫混合比试验均达到国标要求,系统运行良好。
A balanced foam proportional unit with hybrid power was designed on the basis of functional design, which had a diesel drive and an electromotor drive. Related experiments were carried out according to GB20031-2005 "foam extinguishing system and components of general technical conditions". The results can meet the demands of GB20031-2005 on the basis of experiments data including the pressure loss test of master system (motor drive) and back-up system (diesel engine), the foam mixing ratio test, and the reliability test. The system can work well.
