摘要
利用ANSYS软件建立铣磨机主轴的三维实体仿真模型,采用COMBIN14单元模拟铣磨机主轴轴承的弹性支撑,进行相应的静动态特性分析,求解了主轴系统模态分析前6阶固有频率和振型,并计算出主轴的临界转速,得到谐响应分析中主轴在一定激振力下在不同位置处随频率变化的响应曲线,最后分析研究了轴承预紧力对主轴刚度的影响规律。结果表明所研究的铣磨机高速砂轮主轴能够满足设计要求。
The finite element dynamic model of spindle system was established in ANSYS and the COMBIN14 unit was used to simulate the elastic support of spindle bearing. Then, analysis of the static and dynamic characteristics were carried out. The first six order natural frequency and vibration of the spindle modal analysis were solved, and the critical speed of the main shaft was also cal- culated. And then, the response curve of the spindle was obtained in harmonic response analysis ,which was under the conditions of a certain excitation, different positions, and varied frequencies. Finally, the influence of the bearing preloaded force on the rigidity of spindle was discussed.The simulation results show that the highspeed wheel spindle can satisfy the design requirements.
