风力发电机组轴承振动信号去噪方法分析研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对风电机组的轴承振动的问题,介绍了去除振动信号噪声的基本原理和方法。在风场现场收集风电机组轴承的振动数据,分别采用小波分析、EMD、包络解调分析、小波包络解调、EMD包络解调的方法对振动信号进行处理,并应用Matlab软件实现了信号去噪的计算机仿真,最终利用小波包络解调的方法获得最佳的去噪效果。 Aiming at bearing vibration of wind turbines,basic theory and method of signal noise reduction are introduced in the paper. The noise reduction methods such as wavelet, EMD, envelope demodulation, wavelet envelope demodulation, and EMD envelope demodulation are used respectively to remove noise from field data of Baicheng Longbei wind field in Jilin province. The Matlab is used to implement computer simulations of signal denoising,the results show that the wavelet envelope demodulation could achieve the optimal effect in denoising.
