摘要
在调查航标用波力发电装置国内外发展情况,总结原有BD102B型波力发电装置设计、制造、使用经验的基础上,通过改进结构设计、材质筛选、工艺监控等手段,研制成功新一代BD102G型波力发电装置。该装置不但体积小(体积减小近50%)、重量轻(重量下降36%,仅7 kg)、发电性能好,10台样机的平均输出功率提高了35.7%,达7.54 W,而且工作可靠性也大大提高。
On the base of investigating the development of the wave energy generation device for navigational buoy at domestic and abroad,and summing up experience of the BD102 B type device's design, manufacture and using, through improving construction design, material choice and technology, the BD102 G type wave energy generation device for navigational buoy has been developed. The device has following merits: volume is smaller(reduced volume by 50%),weight is lighter(reduced weight by 36%), only 7 kg,generating performance is better(increased average output by 35.7%), achieved 7.547 W, furthermore, reliability will be increasing largely.
