摘要
为了获得适用于剪切振动模式的钛酸铅(Pb Ti O3)压电陶瓷材料,通过XRD、SEM等实验与分析,研究了不同掺杂元素Ca、Co、W、Mn和掺杂量对Pb Ti O3压电陶瓷材料性能的影响。结果表明,掺杂后得到的改性压电陶瓷配方为Pb(1–x)Cax Ti(0.96–y)(Co0.50W0.50)0.04Mny O3,当x=0.24,y=0.025时,其相对介电常数εr为200,K15为35%,Qm为1 000,频率变化率小于±0.15%(–40^+85℃),适用于剪切振动模式。
In order to obtain a kind of PbTiO3 ceramics operating in shear thickness vibrating mode, the influences of different doping elements Ca, Co, W, Mn and doping content on the piezoelectric ceramic were studied by XRD, SEM, etc.The results show that when x=0.24 and y=0.025, the modified piezoelectric ceramic Pb(1–x)Cax Ti(0.96–y)(Co0.50W0.50)0.04 MnyO3 can be used to shear thickness vibrating mode, whose parameters are: εr of 200, K15 of 35%,Qm of 1 000, frequency changerate ≤ ±0.15%(–40-+85 ℃).
