甘肃省甘谷县辣椒产业化发展规划研究

RESEARCH ON THE PLANNING OF PEPPER INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT IN GANGU COUNTY

甘谷县是闻名全国的辣椒之乡,辣椒种植历史悠久、久负盛名。产地辣椒品质优良、营养丰富,Vc和氨基酸含量显著高于其他产区。经过多年发展,甘谷辣椒种植区域进一步扩大、产业化程度明显提升、品牌优势更加突出。但由于近年来规模化种植程度较低,栽培技术相对落后、产量低、效益差,加工业落后,流通体系不健全,专业合作社规模小等因素,制约了全县辣椒产业的健康、快速和高效发展。该文在深入产地广泛调研、多方听取同行专家意见、查阅相关文献资料的基础上,根据"两区带动、点面突破"的发展思路,从良种繁育体系、绿色标准化基地、精深加工体系、现代化物流体系、电子信息化营销体系、技术研发和推广服务体系、质量标准化检验与检测体系、名优品牌建设等9个方面提出了发展规划,以达到促进甘谷辣椒产业持续、健康、协调发展,并显著提高农民收入的目标。

Gangu pepper has a long cultivation history and is very famous in China. It has a good quality and rich nutrition,and its Vc and amino acid contents are significantly higher than that in other regions. After the development for many years,the planting area of Gangu pepper has been expanded,the industrialization degree has been improved significantly and the brand advantage is more prominent. But some factors such as the low degree of scale planting,backward cultivation techniques,low production and efficiency,and backward processing industry,not sound circulation system and small professional cooperatives,have restricted the rapid development of the county pepper industry. Based on the investigation,experts ＇ opinions and literature review,some developing ideas had been put forward in this paper according to the thought of ＂ Two areas driving,Point breakthrough＂,and the development planning was set up from the aspects of seeds production and multiplication system,green and standardized base,profound processing system,modern circulation system,electronic information marketing system,scientific research system,quality standards system,technical extension system,brand building,so as to drive Gangu pepper industry sustained,healthy and coordinated development and significantly increase farmers＇ income.
