摘要 针对工程应用型专业人才工程能力欠缺、教学内容脱离工程实际等问题,实现从注重知识传授向更加重视实践能力和素质培养的转变,"卓越计划"教学体系通过不断深化人才培养计划各个环节的教育教学改革,探索形成了"一条能力主线、两级实现矩阵、三段课程体系"的工程教育人才培养体系各高校应大力度地整合课程,优化教学内容,将校企合作教育贯穿于人才培养的全过程,采用校企合作"三段式"课程体系人才培养模式,提高学生的实践能力和综合素质,提升学生的就业竞争力。 Aiming at the problem in engineering applied talents who are lack of engineering ability, and the teaching content which is lack of practical engineering, We should change the way of imparting knowledge, Pay more attention to practice and the cultivation of ability, Deepening each link of teaching reform of talent cultivation, Explore the training system of "One engineering education ability clue; two implementation of matrix level, three section of curriculum system"; Integrate curriculum and optimizing teaching content; Promoting the training of talents in school enterprise cooperation in Education; Use "three stage" curriculum system of personnel training mode. So as to improve student's practical ability and comprehensive quality, enhancing students' employment competitiveness.
