The Evolution from Legal education for Teenagers to Rule of Law education——Three Characteristics of Rule of Law education

青少年法制教育作为普法工作的重要组成部分已开展多年。但随着当代社会的变迁与依法治国、法治中国的深入推进,其理论的深度已略显不足。所以有必要将青少年法制教育上升到法育的层面,通过突出法育思想理念之育、能力程序之育、知法守法用法之育的特点,将其理论根基深植于社会主义核心价值体系、社会主义民主政治体系、社会主义法律体系中,进而推动党和国家的教育方针对该概念的吸纳。

Legal education for Teenagers has been carried out for many years. But with the change of society and the further forward of rule of law in China, its theoretical depth has been slightly less. So it is necessary to promote Legal education for Teenagers to Rule of Law education, by highlighting its Characteristics： spreading Value, building procedures, cultivating citizen, its theoretical foundation can be rooted in the socialist core value system, the socialist democratic political system, the socialist legal system. Finally, Rule of Law education can be absorbed by Party and the State＇s education policy .
