Study of the High-skilled Talents Training System Based On the “Cooperation Between Production and Teaching”: A Case Study of Suzhou in the Process of Industry Transformation and Upgrading

苏州高技能人才在加快产业转型升级中有不可替代的作用。高技能人才培养以政府部门为主导、企业为主体、高职院校为基础、行业协会为辅助,以培养普适专业能力、专项岗位能力、综合职业能力为核心,搭建"企业—高职院校"基础平台、"企业—政府部门"实践平台、"企业—行业协会"辅助平台,从而构建"产教合作"高技能人才培养体系。

The high-skilled talents in Suzhou have an irreplaceable role in accelerating industry transformation and upgrading. The training system of high skilled-talents should be led by government, take enterprise as the main body, be based on vocational and technical colleges, and be assisted by industry association. In order to develop the core abilities of professional ability, special ability and comprehensive ability, ＂enterprise and vocational college＂ basic platform, ＂enterprise and government＂ practice platform, and ＂enterprise and industry association＂ auxiliary platform should be built for high- skilled personnel training system based on ＂the cooperation between production and teaching＂.
