血塞通低分子右旋糖酐联合神经节苷脂治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

Clinical observation of xuesaitong,low molecular dextran combined with ganglioside in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的观察血塞通低分子右旋糖酐联合神经节苷脂治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法选择急性脑梗死患者98例,半随机分为两组。治疗组57例用血塞通粉针加入低分子右旋糖酐联合神经节苷脂治疗;对照组41例用丹参川芎嗪、胞二磷胆碱和维脑路通注射液治疗,疗程14 d。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组的神经功能缺损评分减少程度明显大于对照组(P<0.01),未发现明显副作用。结论血塞通低分子右旋糖酐联合神经节苷脂治疗急性脑梗死是一种安全有效的治疗方案,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of xuesaitong injection powder , low molecular dextran combined with ganglioside in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction .Methods Ninety-eight patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups ,the treatment group （ n=57 ） was treated with xuesai-tong injection powder, low molecular dextran combined with ganglioside;the control group（n=41） was treated with salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine, citicoline, venoruton injection,the course of treatment was 14 days.Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） , the reducing degree of neurological deficit scores in the treatment group was significantly more than that in the control group （ P〈0.01 ） , there was no significant side effects in the treatment .Conclusion Xuesaitong injection , low molecular dextran com-bined with ganglioside in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is a kind of safe and effective therapeutic method and is worthy of promotion .
